What do you mean as in all natural? I dont take anything if thats what you mean, ive not had any surgeries either. Im 17 and went into puberty late so i look very young

I thought you were like 14-15 ngl. Start working out, take protein and calcium (protein for muscles and calcium for bones). Sleep a bit more, because you look a little sleepy. Idk what else to suggest you for now.

i mean i went into puberty at 15 almost 16 so ill have longer left as well. Still have a couple years of puberty ahead
