Someone should make a movie from the perspective of a Catfish

Not a documentary or a serious representation. Just a romantic comedy where a guy spends his life Catfishing women for the lolz. Then he falls in love with one of the women he catfishes, comedy ensues. It could incorporate a lot PSL themes and phrases for an edgy vibe.

Close. But that is primarily from the perspective of the woman that was "victimized" by the catfish. I am thinking of a story arch where a basement dweller is serial catfishing girls, then he falls in love with one and it inspires to have to a journey of self improvement. (Yes, I know that is bluepilled BS, but bluepill BS is the basis for most movies). The ending would be that he succeeds in improving himself and leaves the basement.
