It doesn’t

Also cooking decreases all fat soluble and water soluble vitamins

So vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K are all decreased

It also decreases protein absorption by reducing lysine and cystine

And even decreases sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium

no, it just doesn’t require much thought process to distinguish if eating raw meat, compared to cooked meat, is more or less beneficial to you.

Eating raw meat is safe if you live in an advanced country instead of India or Niger or Zimbabwe...

However, there are still risks. If you want raw meat with minimized risk of infections, just do it medium instead of well-done. That way, the inside will still be raw.

I mean if anything your natural instincts would tell you that lighting meat on fire before you eat it isn’t beneficial

How does living in an “advanced country” make a difference lol. Its safe everywhere and probably safer in less advance countries

considering how, for 400,000 years we have been ‘lighting’ food on fire, which has proved nothing but to be BENEFICIAL for our survival and health. I’d say them genetics pass on into my decision making.

He’s obviously talking about farm animals in a normal place, I wouldn’t eat anything from India including meat
the only reason he’s been eating raw meat and not either shit his guts out, or been hospitalised. is because it’s come from a ‘industrialised’ place. try going to a ‘less industrialised place’ such as, the whole continent of Africa. and see how long you last pal. I’d be willing to bet good money you’d catch a life threatening infection, disease, or prion there.

point invalid.

this shouldn’t even be a topic of debate. sure if you want to eat raw meat go for it. but there’s no advantages whatsoever.

it’s just quite, stupid.
the answer is clear as day, cooked meat is obviously more beneficial.

if u really believe otherwise, it’s time for you to go back into the cave.

Except African tribes are some of the only people on earth that eat raw meat today, and are healthier than 99% of the modern population

Bro tons of tribes in africa eat raw meat your point is invalid :lul:
Plus prions are caused by anti biotics which comes from industrialized meat

  • Variant CJD. This is an infectious type of the disease. It is related to “mad cow disease.” Eating diseased meat may cause the disease in humans. The meat may cause normal human prion protein to develop abnormally. This type of the disease often affects younger people and is becoming less common.

Prions cannot be destroyed by boiling, alcohol, acid, standard autoclaving methods, or radiation. In fact, infected brains that have been sitting in formaldehyde for decades can still transmit spongiform disease. Cooking your burger 'til it's well done won't destroy the prions!

@ey88 @cooldude1231 can I just ask, why are you defending the consumption of raw meat?
Do you eat raw meat?

What do you gain out of this debate?

The study shown in the vid proves it on accident jfl

That is a bad study because its protein per 100g and water is released when cooking, so it will have the same amount of protein, one it’s has less water weight

That cooking reduces nutrients
Oh, yeah definitely, even blue pilled doctors agree it decreases nutrients but are still too dumb to realize they can just eat it raw
