I'd understand a "Most nuclear solution to everything gigaguide" where we give the best methods for all of the problems.

Shit like "Tren for muscle" "Accutane for acne" "Monobenzone for colouring" "Surgery to recession" and then a surgery related discussion that would yield something positive since most surgeries are the nuclear fix. I would be interested in that though, but, microdetails are something you should manage on your own. Not a guide
