DON'T CONSIDER ME ONLY AND GET MORE SOURCES - I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL; ASK A DERMATOLOGIST.
As someone who is currently takin accutane
First of all go to a dermatologist and ask him, but I am sure, that you wouldn't do that, because you wouldn't be asking on this forum, if you would do that.
Look up the internet, how much isotretinoin you should take per kg -it really depends all on your weight.
the dose is made upon the weight by mg per kg.
The sideeffects can be variable.
Start with the lowest dose and keep it for a while to see how your body responds to it and which sideeffects occure.
If your lips get dry, use vaseline.
If your nose starts to bleed, then use a creme...
not that also i heard la Roche posay has good stuff i js want an optimal dose per kg or lb of weight to fix my skin and make my nose less inflamedAcutane is not going to fuck you up if you are so concerned about your liver or whatever just take 500-700mgs of nac for liver support, also make sure you have la Roche posay b5 cream amazing stuff
understood I'll look into itIf you want the answer to general hypothetical, research it yourself.
If you want consideration for nuance, either give the fucking nuance, or research it yourself.

I'm planning to get it off some website no doctor would prescribe it and it would cost hella much I'll do the bloodwork whenever i can igMy post about it since alot still are to clueless about accutane.![]()
My experience on Accutane & Tret & Ghk- Full Timeline/Sides
I have been on Isotret & Other topical/injectable skincare for over 9 months now, and I wanted to explain how i felt&my skin's progression My timeline - Month 1 - Active Acne + PIH was pretty servere. It was mid-spring season. But I knew the drills. Have been on .org for 1.5 years, so I knew...looksmax.org
Accutane is livertoxic so unless ur planning on getting it presribed (with bloodwork from doctor) its maybe smart to do a liver bloodwork test & cholestrol test
idgaf about pain i want to fix my skinsucks my knees hurt

Don't drink alocohol, while you take accutane, beacuse the combination of both is really bad for your liver and because xou don't go to the dermatologist, you probably aren't getting a blood test regularly; so you should be even more careful.
And now coming to the topic how much your cycle should last...
AGAIN DON'T RELY ON ME AND GET MORE SOURCES AND I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL; ASK A DERMATOLOGIST.
But accorting to multiple sources on the internet:
You should take on the full cycle in total of a 120mg-150mg/per kg combined.
So if you weight for example 60kg and you do a cycle you should calculate like this:
(120mg x 60) / 168 days(24 weeks) = approximately 40mg per day.
But starting at 40mg with 60 kg could be a bit too much; start with far less for the first 1-2 months
You don't want to got strong sideeffects, which you don't expect and know at first.
Don't take more than 0.5mg of per kg daily.
You could hypothetically take more, but because your not doing it professionally you shouldn't take at the upper limit.
Dermatologist method -best method.
Make a date at 4-5 different dermatollgist and tell your problem; maybe some of them will perscribe you accutane and then stay at only that dermatologist.
I don't take any responsibility, beacause I am not a professional.
take care of yourself.![]()
