Stop using the AI , Use Nolvadex instead to block gyno without killing E2.
Lower your HCG too much causes estrogen spikes from the balls.
Add hMG to actually bring your balls back and support fertility.
Drop Primo for now it dries you out and kills estrogen sensitivity, and its not good in general.

I’m only on 200 test rn nothing else
The primo was from a past experience

I just want normal size balls on cycle

If I remember right hmg is expensive as fuckkkkkk u think 250 iu HCG weekly is fine for kinda normal balls ?

yeah its expensive, if money is your problem and you cant afford it then do hcg 250 iu twice a week.

U think 500 iu will make it harder to dial in estrogen ?
I don’t aromatize much on test but I don’t think that correlates with HCG estrogen

yeah, its fine, it wont make it hard ti manage Estrogen unless youre super-sensitive,beacuse HCG drives intra-testicular estogen which doesnt always show up bloodwork or respond to AI.

like you said that you dont aromatize much on test then youll probably handle it well
