actually such a cornballYour last 3 words explain it.
Now shut the fuck up, delete this thread, and never say such bullshit again.
I'm saying it, because I live this shit.actually such a cornball
Understood thanks for clarifying I thought you were just tryna be another annoying edgelord.I'm saying it, because I live this shit.
I know exactly how it feels to run fasted every single morning, first thing in the morning.
I promise you G. It just fucking sucks.
I certainly wouldn't be able to deal it having taking sleep meds. I can do it if I was hung over, no sleep. But something about sleep meds, they affect REM as far as I'm aware. A constant type of grogginess, sleeping without feeling rested.
That shit sucks. The chance of you successfully doing it with sleep meds are a lot slimmer, hence why you feel like such shit in the morning.
I don't take any drugs, and it takes everything out of me to fight that fucking voice every single morning saying snooze that motherfucker.Understood thanks for clarifying I thought you were just tryna be another annoying edgelord.I am also on DNP which increases lethargy
You'll also notice how no one else has bothered replying, because they do not understand or relate.I don't take any drugs, and it takes everything out of me to fight that fucking voice every single morning saying snooze that motherfucker.
It takes everything out of me man.
You win the morning you win the day.
If you can just push past that first overwhelming storm of hesitation and second thoughts, you've won half the battle.
I put clothes on my chair right next to my bed, so there is no excuse not to do shit. Regardless of all the bullshit my mind comes up with every single day to combat doing some shit.
It's called performing without a purpose, and nearly every human being on this planet misses out on that.
No race, no event, no competition, no fucking reason to do shit except for one reason. Because you said you'd do it. That's the only reason you need. One day the time to perform will come up, and if you can't perform under the worst possible conditions and still succeed, you won't be ready.
Yeah this site is definitely not good for long term improvement I just come on for a few minutes every day to browse. Thanks man I appreciate the advice it really is just about remembering the dream I have always had and making the small sacrifices every day to get there. I am on DNP because it increased TDEE by a shit ton, specifically for me by almost 2x. So even if I just sit LDAR as long as I don't pig out i'll still be in a deficit, and when I do cardio and weights it's like a mario XP boost. I am on sleeping meds prescribed by psychiatrist for anxiety and to counteract the tren I am also taking. You'll also notice how no one else has bothered replying, because they do not understand or relate.
This is why it's just us talking right now instead of 20+ fags screaming "DNR" "fag" all that bullshit. Let what I said above sink in. If you cannot perform when you have no reason to, when the time to perform does pop up, you will not be ready for it.
Side point: Not sure why you're on the sleep meds, or other meds in general, but they aren't good man.
Another big component is habit which contributes so much to discipline. I just did 30 minutes which felt hard but I remember a week ago when I was doing 1 hr easily because I had been doing it repeatedly for so many days in a row and it just felt like routine. It really is about navigating occasional short term pleasures like eating a "cheat meal" while maintaining long term ambitions like getting in cardio everydayYou'll also notice how no one else has bothered replying, because they do not understand or relate.
