Did you grind metal or use a jackhammer recently? I had to go to the eye doctor a couple of times to get a metal fragment removed.

Just see a doctor, it could be an eyelash all the way under your eyelid, it happens. It's very easy for them to find it and take it out, almost impossible for you.
