Something i dont understand about my face and my Ct Scan correlation (pics included)

This is my CT Scan:

As you can see my jaw and gonions aren't wide, I measured them with a program and they are about 94mm which is more to the under average side, now the weird thing is, this is how my jaw looks irl

I don't understand how this works and I'm kinda confused
