Nutrition science is mainly funded by processed food companies
Even if you think raw meat is dangerous, just go cooked carnivore and you will still feel the night and day difference.
I was never supposed to be subhuman looking, I was just stuck in a system that forces me to be metabolically sick + a culture ( Indian ) that enables the blind worship of doctors like they are the equivalents of the God's.

Raw meat made me lose 6 kilos of pure fat in a matter of months
Just my anecdotal experience. Also made my hair nice, fixed my skin, and made me have insanely elevated mood + erections. And I didn't have to "count calories" or do "cardio" I just sat in my room playing minecraft and posting on .is at that time 24/7 Crazy how eliminating toxic seed...
