He seems a bit conservative with regards to widening my jaw with implants because his thought process seems more about bringing things from below average to average, rather than below average to above average.

I would like to tell him that I understand that natural beauty is subtle, but you cannot create natural looking beauty with surgery since it is simply too complex

So instead I want to fraud brute/raw attractiveness by creating features that stick out blatantly, rather than work subtly

This is the reason I want a monsterous Jaw implant

you just can't be dumb with what you want by trying to over-compensate with getting too big movements/implant sizes because you're insecure about your deficiencies.

It means he's competent. If you wanna go overboard and look like a Ken doll then visit Eppley.

I hope you realise that even if a surgeon made you the most beautiful man on earth, you are not going to pass those plastic surgery facial features down to your child, instead your genes will pass down your natural facial features.

yeah, why work on yourself at all, right?

Working on yourself would be losing weight, exercising and whatnot. Plastic surgery is not natural.

because losing weight, exercising and whatnot are all passed on to your offspring, right? you are on an online forum, miss me with the naturalism fallacies, dumb as fuck, we aren't living in caves or shitting in the bushes anymore either

with bodybuilding and plastic surgery you increase your chances of getting with a more attractive partner, and thus increase the genetic potential of your offspring

The primary reason for going to the surgeon is to correct a recessed midface caused by an underbite
I was unfortunate to have teeth crowding which meant I didn't reach the full potential of my genetic blueprint because the underbite caused my upper jaw to not grow at the same rate as my lower jaw. If I was raised on a hard diet maybe I wouldn't have suffered teeth crowding to the same extent

Having an underbite also causes changes to the shape in which your mandible grows
Just by fixing the occlusion the mandible appears wider because it's brought to a more natural position, but it can still have a chin-heavy look from the obscure growth pattern so I think why not get chin modification and jaw implants done when I'm already going to be knocked out and paying thousands to fix the recessed maxilla
