Basically migraines with just much more side effects including heavy fog and confusion i get them occasionally and i feel the same during it like heavy fog and stuff rarely i feel them with pain and when i do its so bad
But it can vary your problem can be a psychological one not neccesarily a neurological one is this the first time its happened to you?
