something is wrong with my neck

idk what is this called but when i stay with my neck/head relax and take a photo with my back camera my head is horrendously tilted. I have to tilt my head hard left for my face to be straight. can anyone explain why

Hold the phone out at arms length or better off, set a timer for rear camera and stand up far away at head height with a straight perspective.

Lens distortion is a very real thing, especially on mobile devices.

Also, you might just have a wonky ass asymmetrical face. I don't know unless you show me.

it seems that i can my head more to the right, holy so at school for the past years i had my head tilted extremely right
