many things are of cause yet only excess steroid hormones are blamed like dht for example.

heavy metal detox, mineral imbalances, calorie restriction, poor circadian rhythm, low d3, low animal protein contribute just off the top of my head

I believe hair loss meds probably have their place but you can triple results by fixing everything else too

no hairloss medicine was actually designed for it*. Minox was designed for high bp, fin and dut were for enlarged prostate. We dont have a full understanding of why it happens further than dht in scalp in certain individuals with certain genes. The drugs we use just have the side effect of hair growth.

RU has worked very well for me and no sides luckily. Interesting drug.

They need to find a why to permanently alter the AR in the hair so that DHT doesn’t impact it. I think that’s the solution.

I was in a severe calorie deficit and started losing hair...simply stopping that stopped my shedding. Get a hair mineral analysis as well. It will show how balanced your mineral profile is. Stay away from chronic stress (water) and heavy metal contaminated foods.

also a balance of fat soluble vitamins could help. Make sure your d3 k2 vitA ratios are good by getting bloods done.
