I feel like his hollow cheeks are missing a curve I think it’s called ogee curve because most people’s hollow cheeks curve but his just goes straight

Narrow? His bizygo:bigonion is perfect. It has to be something else. Possibly his chin shape/width.

Almost invisible eyelashes, eyebrows not visible.

Assymetrical lighting, mild assymetry down the centre of his face in general.
Structurally poor undereye area, likely covered up with makeup and filters.
He looks uncanny due to a lack of harmony between his features and poorly done frauding on his undereyes, and skin.
