I don’t judge your relationship but I want to say that I don’t believe that anyone has “a lot of wisdom for their age” in regards to relationship experience. Experience comes with age. Someone who is 6 years older than you has 6 more years of life experience than you. 6 years from now, you will have gained 6 more years of life experience and be on a completely different maturity level than you are now. Ask yourself, after 6 whole more years of experience in life, could you see yourself dating a 21 year old who is so many years behind you in experience? Can you see how it can be problematic for someone with so much more life experience than you to be willing to date someone who is in their very first year of legal adulthood?
