interesting, I've heard thin skin is the cause of some implants looking uncanny (frontal bone implants). Would thicker skin remedy this?

It depends how thick it is. Nose thickness, contrary to what's said here, is not that much of a reliable indicator. I've seen people with thick nose skin with varying degrees of skin thickness over the cheeks and the jaw (by varying I mean lower than I expected, especially in those areas). It's a spectrum.

@RealSurgerymax I'm curious to hear your stance/idea about this. Doing a pinch test (pinching your skin), what would be the amount (mm) that you would qualify as "too thick" ; a case where procedures would give lackluster results ?

There's not much precise info about skin thickness around these parts.
