Part of the reason it looks like shit is because the curve of his brow-cheekbone region (what this forum refers to as the lateral orbital rim, kind of a misnomer) is unnatural.

The brow and ogee curve must be projected in a sort of ratio that makes the curve achieved between these structures look good.
Nature achieves this most of the time, implants won't.

honestly it looks pretty normal to me

i guess if one wanted they can get projection in that area as well

but does it even make that big of a difference? doubt it tbh, guy was fine anyway
