My skin turns purple with red blotches alot
Its the worst in the shower my legs below the knee will be dark purple my feet will look scary and there is red polka dots it happens in all temperatures, if im resting or working out also my thighs often have a spider web or dark purple looking shit its super ugly and bad happens in any temp but more in the cold gets really bad if I stand still

thats some really white skin shit its normal reaction to extreme temps. its unideal and unhealthy looking you should balance it out with carotenoids
