why would you go back to the one thing you’ve recognised is terrible for you. you’ve obviously been doing well until this point but once you start you might get addicted again

I agree to some extent but it’s kinda cope. Even though a relapse can be beneficial longterm you shouldnt force it upon yourself. It’s a mistake that you should learn from not a tool to „make progress”
