3-5L water a day, no inflammation inflicting food, no sugar would be best. Don’t be fat as fuck, lean yourself out to the max. Saunas, any type of cardio (not running cause of runners face) and if you really wanna cut the water from ur face black coffee/caffeine pills. Even “Zero Sugar” energy drinks have artificial sweeteners which most times are even more harmful. Either get used to the taste of black coffee, and stain your teeth. Or be a high IQcel and get caffeine pills. (If you don’t understand yet they’re diuretics). That’s all you need, none of the potassium propoganda
