Height is defninity more genetic than environmental sure enviroment and your health in general CAN and will help and supplement your natural height potential but the thing is end of the day your height is determined in a ramge since the day your dads sperm impregnated the egg you can achieve your potential by natural ways or just lowk break the potential by blasting hgh

indians are 5ft3 in india but 5ft10 in the west . clearly its 100% environmental.

Honestly as someone with a ton of friends in the 5’5 and below range the only way they cope w it is by making their lives better than someone who is lets say 5’7. Unironically more truecels above 5’5 than below because shortcels actually try to max every other stuff out
