Sometimes I can't focus on my own life

Whenever I open Instagram and see the lives my classmates from high school are living I get a little depressed. I am all alone studying for SAT exams and wanting to go to college, but that won't change my disgusting past.

If I do well now I'll be able to start saving up for my surgeries, but the thought of my future adult life scares me. I didn't enjoy that much my teenage years, I missed out on a lot of stuff.

Now I have to be a teen living an adult life
