maybe u not moving enough, maybe u got some nerve issues

I had a horrible similar pain too from a health issue but thankfully i got that fixed by a surgery

and the joke is, doctors wont prescribe opiates for this
 
btw the pain gets less when i lay in bed a lot, and when i dont use my laptop and smartphone

it very well might be muscle issues or fascia

dude even if ur a loser or whatever its better to put some work in order to get that shit fixed, talk to as many doctors as u need. u cant even cope otherwise

the pain is not always there, it comes and goes.

only laying in bed/sleep helps

but then when im awake and not laying in bed for several hours, the pain often starts again

had insane back pain that went down my leg physical theraphy fixed that i also had another ttype of pain that needed surgery

yeah sounds like just might be a really tight muscle, either do exercises daily that u can find online or go to a real phsysical therapist that will get that shit figured out real quick

i need to do physical exercises

however after the physical exercises, the pain often gets worse

and im lazy to do the exercises

but i guess i have no other choice

yep i think u also in germany

what i did i made an appointment at an ortophäde

then he figured out it was some tight muscles, and he gave me a list of phsyical therapists

so after that u pick one and its free of course u go there they do some exercises maybe some massage machines and they know exactly how to fix that shi theyre pro

and soon enough pain will go away



i suggest u start gym after that

it should still help maybe u need to make the muscles less tight not necessarily bigger

but protein helps with any type of problem dude just eats eggs and greek yoghurt and some meat, u will be fine.

1. i will go to many doctors and orthopäden
2. i will exercise
3. i will take enough protein

it might very well help
 
i will also reduce coca cola and smoking and kratom etc

i will also drink more water

i need to become as healthy as possible
