I feel the emotions but they are as if they are blocked so I can’t cry. So I will find sad content like songs mostly and even though it will make me feel more depressed it feels good because then I have real feelings which are no longer blocked, and feel like a human not a robot. Maybe you think it’s gay but I recommend it, after that you can keep going again for a while because you let the blocked emotions out.
