sometimes, i wake up at night and think i did things i havent

this happened to me 5-6 times and it was always in periods were my mental health was absolutely horrible
for example, one time i woke up and thought that god is going to kill me in person that night and that iam going to 100% die. I believed it and it scared the shit out of me. I really thought, that iam going to die. How low iq from me, but i was really scared
