sometimes look good sometimes look bad giving bipolar mood

anyone else gets this? sometimes looking in mirror you can look good af and then other times on other mirrors you look subhuman, and then you look good in certain photos and angles and then bad in for example photo id or other angles and lighting. shits causing rapid mood changes bipolar symptoms from feeling confident and happy with yourself to suicidal and depressed.
