Anecdotally I have been lifting for just under 3 months now and I just recently had this 5-6/10 female coworker say "have you been lifting? you look good!" I'm a special case because I was really skinny and low bodyfat to start, so every pound made a huge difference. But man, just 3 fucking months and I already have a cute girl complimenting me. TBH all most people on here need to do is lift and work on the autism and they should be fine. I have seen other anecdotes on here where normies who are actually close to their max physique get literally catcalled like they are a girl.
