Research sexed semen. I've never heard about humans but people do use it on cattle, since you need a couple of bulls with the best genes(Chad only) to reproduce, and the rest sexless males are raised only for meat.
So basically sexed semen is fixed to give you a certain gender, in this case, female cattle. However, there's a small chance of getting undesirable males but they get shot on the spot after birth.
