My dad is 6’1 and my mom is 5’6

You think bad sleep and diet affected your growth a lot? Fuck that's suifuel. I rarely ever slept from 13 - 17 tbh and for like a year or two the first thing I ate in the day would be dinner at like 4pm and afterwards I would just have jellies and energy drinks lmao.
I'm still taller than I probably should be since my dad is 5'5 and my mom is 5'6/5'7.

Brutal. The only sports I did was kickboxing for about a year I think before 13 and some shitty chink martial arts. But I don't really like alcohol so I only ever drink it on nights out (rare).
