I’m already on 3.33 ius hgh (splitting 10 iu vial into thirds cause I’m lazy and broke) and a lot of other quality of life supplements. This stack adds Accutane and supplements to support it as well as other stuff.

-Morning:

Fish Oil (Omega-3) 1,000 mg - Joint Health

Milk Thistle 1,000 mg - Supposed liver benefits, likely negligible help

B12 1,000 mcg - Counter deficiency from long term Metformin use

Metformin 500 mg - Lower glucose levels and support insulin resistance, may increase once I check fasted

-Lunch:

Calcium 600 mg - Just to be safe

K2 100 mcg - Just to be safe

-Dinner:

Accutane 20 mg - Permanent acne help and some nose shrinkage

Zinc 15 mg - Just to be safe

Berberine 1,000 mg - Lower glucose levels

-Bedtime:

Melatonin 1 mg - Strictly for sleep

4 ius hgh - Bone growth if any left

Arimidex .5 eod - Delay plate fusion, may lower dose but will not increase

Zyrtec 10 mg - Supposed help during Accutane purge, and allergy relief lol


I know I should be running more hgh but can’t afford it yet. Likely during summer or spring break I can make some extra cash to run 6-8 ius. Lmk what yall think.

Again it’s the best I can afford, 4 ius better than nothing and yeah I might drop Berberine but my fasting before gh was 96 so idk yet.
