I see a lot of people trying to cut when they are skinny fat. NO, lean bulk instead, you are just gonna look retarded with no muscles and big love handles. Eat in a calorie surplus of like 200-300 and do 30 mins of Stairmasters after every workout. Eat red meats, chicken, lots of eggs, if you have a sugar tooth be creative with the foods you make, I created a at home snack before the gym that taste just like a donut and it’s healthy, be creative. Didn’t really feel like making a in depth post about it so if you got questions ask away. I’m 5’11 150 lbs in both, I’m lean but have strength rather then size.
