I see a lot of people trying to cut when they are skinny fat. NO, lean bulk instead, you are just gonna look retarded with no muscles and big love handles. Eat in a calorie surplus of like 200-300 and do 30 mins of Stairmasters after every workout. Eat red meats, chicken, lots of eggs, if you have a sugar tooth be creative with the foods you make, I created a at home snack before the gym that taste just like a donut and it’s healthy, be creative. Didn’t really feel like making a in depth post about it so if you got questions ask away. I’m 5’11 150 lbs in both, I’m lean but have strength rather then size. IMG 0515

It just comes down to how bad you want it man. If you don’t wanna track calories then make sure you’re eating good and lifting at least 3x a week plus daily cardio. Ik it sucks but u just gotta find a way to motivate yourself and shit but once you reach to the point of being shredded you’ll never wanna go back. Tbh what I did was smoke weed before I worked out and especially before Stairmasters

Yea I started cutting and training a couple weeks ago even tho im skinny fat I just want face gains this summer tbh and then bulk this fall even tho its not optimal for muscles. Jfl I would smoke if I could shit started hurting my stomach so I had to quit. I dont do cardio tho I just do a 500-600 calorie deficit is that bad?

I mean yea I understand where ur coming from about the face gains but if you are skinny fat that means your face should be already pretty lean, I wouldn’t recommend cutting rather debloating. If I were you I would debloat face and lean bulk at the same time. Think about cardio and calories like this, the more cardio you do the more you’re gonna be able to eat, and the more you can eat the more protein you’ll get in speeding up gains. Sleep is also important. Whether u cut for face gains or decide to debloat is up to u tho, I personally believe debloating will be faster but I would have to see your face first to see if your ready for a debloat.

How do you debloat? I have bad bone structure so im just trying everything i can to make it as visible as possible but im around 20% bodyfat right now. Do you just take potassium and cut sodium or is there any more you do

How the HELL are you this lean in a calorie SURPLUS. I look like a blob with considerable muscles and over all physique but a whole lot of fat that just sits there and that is when I am at maintenance. Is the second pic of you when you are on a cut or just how you look normally?

Naw this is just how I always look. The key is to do a shit ton of cardio I literally do Stairmasters 30 mins daily on 9 speed for fastest burn. The more calories you burn the more food and protein you can get it causing all those calories from protein sources to go to ur muscles, if you are eating like shit it’ll just store as fat that’s why I don’t rly eat anything process or anything with added sugars. Another problem you might have is water retention in your face making it appear like your face is chubby
