sore clavicles at 16

I've been noticing sometimes my clavicles feel sore when i wakeup or like tight in a way, what does this mean? im only 16 im praying this doesnt mean im going to stop growing

youre probably sleeping on ur side too much it compresses the clavs or something but whatever it is probably means bad
