Sore skin around eyes after infra-malar implants

So I had infraorbital malar implants 3.5 weeks ago (no saddle), been off antibiotics for 10 days.

Since the surgery, i've had no pain or tenderness on the implants at all, they don't hurt or anything, the only thing is a bit of numbness which is obviously normal for a procedure like this (I also had bimax same time)

What I do have however is on the skin around my eyes a kind of soreness. I have no pain or tenderness in the area, except if I pull on the skin, stretch it or rub it I get a kind of soreness / burning sensation

I don't have any swelling anymore and no redness

This weird sensation has been present since the first week, it hasnt gotten any worse but hasnt gone away either

My description doesnt seem consistent with the symptoms of an infection

Anyone had this before?
