Sore teeth and bones from mewing

I've been hardmewing for three days and these parts of my skull are kinda sore, but the main problem is that my teeths are hurting when i chew food. Is that normal?

No. You're placing your tongue wrongly or have a very narrow palate and should abandon mewing altogether

Ur biting down too hard focus more on tongue than jaw
