I've had a pretty healthy lifestyle for the past year. I've been eating what I consider a clean diet (raw milk, raw eggs, meat, no seed oils, etc.), and I haven't been sick at all during that time.
Over the last 2 weeks, though, my sleep has been terrible. My schedule has been very inconsistent, and I've been going to bed around 5 AM or even later. I've also been drinking a lot more than usual. For reference, 3 beers is normally enough to get me drunk.
Three days ago, I got drunk with my cousin. We were vaping, and some friends gave me a gravity bong ("Vodnik") with weed. I took one hit and started coughing really hard, and my lungs hurt afterward. I've never really smoked before.
The next day, my lungs still felt a little sore, but I didn't think much of it. The day after that, I did it again and had the same reaction. Since then (and after one more puff of weed on Tuesday), I've had a pretty strong sore throat, especially when swallowing.
It's now been about 2 days, and the sore throat is still there. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this likely just irritation from coughing/smoking, or should I be concerned? What can I do to help it heal?
