(Sort of smartcell needed) Taking Gonadorelin increases test, LH, and estrogen, would the increase in estrogen prevent my face from growing masculine?

If I took this my estrogen could increase but I cant seem to find by how much, I'm assuming this could be dangerous and stunt facial growth due to their being an unnatural amount of estrogen in my body. if it only increased it by 10ng/dl or something it would be fine (my growth plates are closed but I'm worried about facial growth)
