Explain how when a brain is affected or damaged it can affect memory, personality, morality, beliefs and the person’s consciousness? Yet we’re supposed to believe we maintain consciousness when our brain is dead?
A soul has never been observed or proven. External consciousness outside the physical body / brain doesn’t exist, it’s been debunked thoroughly and has no evidence.
If you have a remotely functioning brain capable of basic reasoning you should accept this and leave religion behind, it has no place in the material world.
Near Death Experiences of an afterlife are chemical delusions, same thing with psychedelics.
