its currently 1 am. its far away can barely make it out but looks like some figure with long limbs, transparent flurocent blue just erratically shaking/dancing. been observing it for like 10 mins now, its just there in that same spot.

swear on my life this is actually happening rn jfl. lowkey thinking to go outside n see it closer maybe record but cant rlly be fucked
