yeah studies have shown to increase in bone mass density and growth with mk4 but mk7 generally has a long chain and a better half life

The effects of long chain MK-n such as MK-7 on normal blood coagulation is greater and longer lasting than vitamin K1 and MK-4 [3-5]

generally speaking the reason most of these mk7 supplements dont work is they're derived from natto rather than milk.
milk is having lesser amounts of mk7 because of mass pastuerization and using pasteurized milk in making supplements.
they decided its not worth the costs to make it and decided to make it from natto instead.
