use the microdosing guide brocel, alternatively i recommend Hypericum perforatum 2000mg per day and dextromethorphan (fluctuates on weight) if below 130 pounds i recommend 130mgs if above i recommend 150mgs, if morbidly obese i have no idea, but let me know i can research for u brocel

I took them in youth with minimal sides but at the end of the day it was just like Adderall to me, it was fake happiness

I used it for less than 6 months in high school

(dumbass parents didn't just give me the ubermensch hgh stack )

In retrospect it sounds pleasant and productive but you can't use it for 1 year+ without being far different when you stop.

Can make you numb and not emotional enough. Erectile dysfunction.

If you're going to use one pick either fluvoxamine or fluoxetine, the rest are garbage

fluvoxamine hits sigma1 the hardest out of any agonist besides donepezil and fluoxetine is a positive allosteric modulator at TrKB, meaning on top of it's neurogenic effects it is also increasing TrKB's sensitivity to BDNF

There should be some virtual walk in clinics you can maybe try. Or just go to the ER or urgent care and tell them what you're dealing with and say that you feel overwhelmed. Not sure why u can't just see a doc tho, it's not hard to get SSRIs prescribed

The most-studied and best-supported supplements for depression is l-methylfolate. Tryptophan/5-HTP, SAM-e, fish oil and St. John’s Wort may also be helpful. Less-well-studed but promising supplements including Zembrin and polygala tenuifolia.
