Sourcing 2% injectable lidocaine for Aqualyx

The triage of my go-to steroid sites do not have injectable lidocaine nor does LSF surprisingly. (They just have some .3% mixed in with filler). Realized I have bloated cheeks a week ago and I can't stand sitting here with my dick in my hand. Heard the burn is pretty bad so would prefer not to have to experience that. Any suggestions would be amazing
