Listen, they are key. The only thing that matters is having CONFIDENCE—yes, CONFIDENCE. You need to be reasonably well-off financially and be romantic; plus, if you’re a foreigner, you have a better chance (especially if you’re a mayo). It depends a lot on the area: things get complicated in a city, but in a small town, it’s likely much easier and simpler.
