I mean I swapped for dips at one point I’m not consistent with it but I’ll reach 225 by the end of the year I reckon with this sarm cycle

Take a DNA test. Not just for this, but for your haplogroups as well, and whatnot. You may or may not have MENA ancestry since Christian Arabs mixed with some Dravidians.

Nafris included ?
No, it focused on west Africans and east Africans. Not sure about north Africans, you guys are probably closer to the European rates at ~20%.

me and my buddies have really good genes in building muscles tbh, my first day at the gym I was already benching 7.5 kg on each side while some guys from other races I knew couldn’t even lift the bar

You guys do have substantial sub-Saharan African ancestry, so it probably comes from that. But you aren't just that, you're mainly other things as well which balances things out, I think. Take a DNA test. :feelshah:

According to 23andme, around 37% of South Asians have the non-working variant of the ACTN3 gene. For Europeans and East Asians it’s around 20% and for Africans it’s around 4%, making Africans the strongest race. It’s over. Lowest SMV, weakest race. South Asians were made so everyone else could feel better about themselves.
Probably because of tens of generations eating farmmade slave slop

I don’t know if that’s actually the case. It doesn’t really specify what kind of South Asians don’t have it.

prob what this user said, ancestors eating vegetarian food and famines
Not sure if that’s the case, really - it doesn’t specify what kind of South Asians they are. It just says “South Asian.”

I know you were talking about Indians, but over at 23&me it just says “South Asian,” instead of “Indian,” “Bengali” or “Pakistani.” If it were to show a more precise breakdown of nationalities, then we could confirm or deny that theory. I personally do have a working version of the ACTN3 gene (CT/XR - both increased strength and endurance, CC/RR people have increased strength but no endurance), but there’s an Islamic Indian who doesn’t have it - and they eat meat as well, so I don’t think it’s as easy as a “it’s because they were vegetarians,” since his family has been Islamic for centuries.

It only had four categories - “African,” “East Asian,” “European” and “South Asian.”

I am guessing you will have a similar rate to Europeans. North Africans do have substantial SSA ancestry, but they cluster closer to Europeans than South Asians do since we have SAHG (South Asian Hunter-Gatherer) ancestry, which removes us drastically from Europeans since it’s so foreign to their genome.

I should add that SAHG remains don’t exist, and it’s all simulated, so it’s just hypothetical. Pretty brootal because it’s an important ancestral source for South Asians but we just don’t have any bones from these people.

Now we are also theorizing that there might have been multiple SAHG people.

Is it real that Indian men have a similar handgrip strength as white women. I keep seeing that but that is really not believable too me.
