haha i mean it is instilled in them it isnt as bad now but a few years ago u could have the same degree and everything as the other person applying for the job but if you were better looking you would get a better position with better pay etc. which is why so many koreans do plastic surgery they dont even consider rhino and double eyelid as surgery but rather a procedure
