That's up to you. I'm more into a larger perspective, i will feel bad to not consider somebody from a certain ethnicity because of some difference in features, while he has enough proofs that he is from this ethnicity. May be i'm wrong but that's at least how i see it.
At the same time i understand in a context of rarefication that you need to create category to protect one dna.
