A 2015 study on Japanese men found that a specific subclade of Haplogroup D (specifically D-M55 / D2a1) is significantly associated with naturally higher levels of LH. The high LH levels were found only in the men with the D-M55 (D2a1) haplogroup. None of the other haplogroups showed any association with hormone levels whatsoever. To this day, D-M55 stands completely alone as the only Y-chromosome haplogroup in the world proven in a peer-reviewed study to have a direct genetic link to elevated LH, the hormone that signals your balls to produce testosterone.
