Yea underadvamced for sure, also his nose got kinda ruined. 3 mm maxilla was too much even for aesthetics in his case. But he could have gotten 10+ mm bsso and 3-4 mm genio. If you dont move atleast 12-13 + mm pog it wont be visible. Maxilla you can go slow on. But i mean a bimax wouldnt chamge looks much either way for this dude. But for function he was def umderadvanced too ehich is more sad

he didnt even tell the maxilla movements. looks like he just went to surgery with class1 no braces 8mm maxillomandible. theres no way 3mm would give him this chimp look

I mean he had 3 mm on upper bruh, and he prob did do decomp, most people cant make the teeth straight relative to bone. He could have done extraction lower to get more i guess maybe , hard case overall. But the chin could have gone more forward and more rotation. Also its hard to say how the surgeon executed it, if they say 8 mm planned lower it can be 6 or 10 in post op. This time it may have been 6

Also a relative normalw fail surgeons do even good surgeons ot highly regarded is sometimes they actually does cw instead or it becomes that way. Which gives more upper but less lower

how do you know its 3mm upper? he didnt mention his upper jaw movement once

Damn, yea it was the genio, holy them he prob did do close to 5 upper. Yea no wonder then. Weird overall tough def doesnt look 10 pog. Something went wrong or it was more forward on one side

´thats why the difference isnt as clear since the surgeon moved the upper jaw same as lower jaw and the genio is the only movement which brings the chin point 3mm closer to the maxilla/upper incisors. its basically 3mm pog. difference in relation to the upper jaw, that guy needed decomp BAD

Underadvanced?, yes, would've bimax make a real big change to his face if it was right?, not really, he wasn't "reccesed" as in terms of someone with sfs (when i mean sfs i am actual talking about the severe cases if sfs) or a real recession, but he could've indeed make some small changes with bimax.

Given the fact that it is still 3 months post op, i would suppose that his final result would be in the range of a year or more.

hes overadvanced in upper and underadvanced in lower jaw lol maybe not even underadvanced in lower but with that upper jaw movement it looks like hes underadvanced

Retarded move none the less, even with this kind of recession a decompensation has to happen in order for the bite to be right.

100% not the move to go into surgery instantly. the relation between his upper and lower jaw doesnt match. probably needed 3-4mm upper and full 10-12mm bsso with small genio refinement maybe

Explains alot ngl, bimax is usually done to get the lower jaw more forwardly grown in order to breath better and look better, can't judge yet without seeing the full plan though.

Also execution, have seen many cases on disc from decently good surgeons at lacoms and famous american ones where the plan is like that but the execution is cw rotated instead and rhe overall movement plan is totally off. I dont know why it happens but seen it multiple times

He still needed rotation, his jaw will end up looking banana shaped, and he wouldn't be able to get a big movement on the genio because of the lips.

And might probably be related to soft tissue, even if the plant is executed correctly, when Raffaini does bimax, he always does soft tissue work with the bimax and also edits his results, wich is why they end up good.

Can’t blame him for coping, I would too if I had to go through all that just to stay ltn

It’s amazing how retarded so many doctor/surgeons are, anyone who just blindly trusts them without knowing the plan first or doing any research has probably never had a real illness before

I mean it was on bone level, one guy who is incredibly knowledgeable. Who have i have learned from who had 3 bimaxes did one with walline and got that issue. Apperntly it had to do with condyle placement. And same happend with some other ones too
