Soymaxed doctor won’t give me rhinoplasty and marpe septioplasty only

I really struggle with my breathing mainly because of my severely deviated septum and various allergies
However I also have a narrow palate and my nose is asymmetric and tipped to the left by some degrees

I was at the doctor, I had to drive over an hour there btw and he was extremely soymaxed and ltn so won’t give me the rinoplasty and has never heard of marpe and only wants to fix the deviated septum

in addition he was mad at me for bringing up the other surgery and the marpe pecause he assessed it as an assault of his intelligence because he was very arrogant

I fucking hate these doctors they have to many customers so they don’t care about actually helping you and only want to spend as little as time possible

The surgery is in 6 months btw due to a lack of free capacity’s

Do you think I should go see another doctor for a second opinion I think the surgery’s would acend me to true Chad and I’ve heard in the doctor has a lot of influence in convincing the enshurance on whether they cover the bills

In my case the doctor doesn’t even need to larp since I actually have the breathing problem

I’m from Germany btw can sone recommend a good surgiant

nope I paid for it (so I could select the surgeon) even though I could have gotten it for free (at least the septoplasty part). Best money I've ever spent tbh

So did you also have to pay the septioplasty in the end why can’t you choose your surgeon if you don’t pay for it yourself

because his clinic did not have an arrangement with the state so that insurance could reimburse him. The way it works in my country is that if you get a surgery covered, you don't really have much choice regarding who operates on you, could even be a guy fresh from his residency
